Aline Aluminium & Hardwares

We are located at number 3, Kunnamkulam Road in Chavakkad. Aline Aluminium & Hardwares is basically a shop for people who are fixing things or building something new. We have a lot of metal extrusions and hardware bits scattered around the place. Chavakkad is a nice area, and Kunnamkulam Road usually has a decent amount of people moving about. Our shop isn't very big, so we have to be careful about how we stack the aluminium sections so they don't fall over. It’s physical work, moving heavy rails and boxes of screws and hinges. We get a lot of local guys coming in who are working on houses nearby. They usually know exactly what they need, but sometimes we have to help them find a specific part. The shop can get a bit hot during the middle of the day, but we just keep the fans going and keep working. It’s a very local feel here. We know many of the customers by name since they’ve been coming to this part of Chavakkad for years. There’s no fancy marketing here, just a door that stays open and shelves full of hardware. We spend a lot of time doing inventory and making sure we don't run out of the basics. It’s a simple way to earn a living, and we like the community around Kunnamkulam Road. It feels like home to us, just doing our thing every day without any fuss and waiting for the next person to walk in looking for something.
