If you’re ever out in Chatra, specifically in Honhe village, you might come across our place at House Number 11. We’re right there in the village, not far from the Tandwa police station. We’ve been running BALGANGE DEVELOPERS PRIVATE LIMITED from here for some time. It’s a pretty quiet area, which is nice for getting work done without too many distractions. We’re local through and through. We aren't some outsiders coming in to do a job; we live here and know the land. Our business is quite small, mostly just a few of us handling the development side of things. It’s a lot of practical work, not the kind of thing you see in big city offices. We don’t have a website or anything like that, so people usually just walk over or find us through word of mouth. Sometimes it’s a bit tough managing everything from a small village office, especially with the logistics in this part of Jharkhand, but we make it work. We’ve been part of the Honhe community for years, and we just want to keep doing our work here. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just look at a project, figure out how to build it, and then we get our hands dirty. It’s an honest living. We aren't looking for fame, just enough work to keep us going and help the village grow a bit. That’s about all there is to us and how we work.
