We are based in Chatra, specifically in the Nagwan Mohalla area. Our spot is quite close to the DC office, which is how most people find us if they are coming from outside the neighborhood. Being in Chatra means we deal with a lot of local stuff, and the pace of life here is a bit different than the bigger cities like Ranchi. We have a simple setup where we manage all the construction sites we are currently working on. It’s a basic office, nothing too special to look at, but it serves us well. Usually, the day starts with a few of us meeting up to discuss the supplies that need to be sent out to the different sites in the district. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that; it’s just us doing the work and keeping track of things on our own. The streets around Nagwan Mohalla can get pretty busy during the middle of the day, so we try to get our heavy moving done early in the morning. Sometimes we stay late when there is a deadline coming up, and the office ends up smelling like old coffee and paper. We just want to do our jobs and keep things moving along without any unnecessary fuss or complicated procedures. It’s a small-town business vibe, and we are quite comfortable with that way of working. There is always a lot of dust and noise, but that is construction for you.
