Techno Link

We are Techno Link, and you’ll find us at Plot No. 155 in Muhanchal Housing Colony. We are in Sector 12, which is quite close to the Sudha Dairy here in Bokaro. It’s a residential area mostly, so it stays fairly calm compared to the main market. We run the business from the ground floor of the building. It’s a bit of a mix between an office and a workshop. We deal with various technical things and equipment. I started this after I left my old job at the plant. It’s a small operation, just me and a couple of technicians who know their way around tools. We spend a lot of time fixing things or setting up equipment for local schools and small offices. The neighborhood knows us well because we’ve been here for a long time. Sometimes the neighbors come by just to chat or ask for a bit of help with something. We don't have a big fancy showroom. If you want to see what we have, you just come into the back room where everything is kept on metal shelves. It’s a bit messy, but we know where every nut and bolt is located. We usually close up early on Saturdays to spend time with family. It’s a good life here in Bokaro. We aren't looking to expand into a huge company. We just like doing this work and staying near home. It feels like the right way to run a small business.
