You can find our shop right on the Main Road in Bokaro Steel City. Being in a place known for steel, everyone around here understands what hard work looks like. Our store is one of those old-fashioned places where there is something tucked into every single corner. We try to carry a bit of everything that a person might need for a home repair or a small building project. The Main Road is always humming with a lot of activity, especially with the heavy trucks and the people commuting to work. It is a dusty place to spend the day, but we like the energy of being in the middle of the city. We have been standing behind this wooden counter for a long time. The shelves are old and we have probably written notes directly on them more than once just to remember where certain items are stored. It is a very simple operation we run here. We do not have a website or any of those modern things. People just walk in through the front door, tell us what they are trying to fix, and we go looking for the right bolt or tool for them. Sometimes we don’t have exactly what they need, and we just tell them which other shop might have it. It is a friendly way to do business. The afternoon heat can be tough since we face the road, but the old ceiling fans help us out a little bit.
