We are over here in Yakutpura, specifically Rangeli Khidki, not too far from the main Charminar area. People around here know us because water is something everyone needs every single day. We handle the supply side of things. It gets pretty busy in this part of town, especially when the weather gets hot and everyone is looking for clean water. My family has lived around these streets for a long time. This house, number 18-7-258/64, is where we coordinate everything from. We aren't a big factory or anything like that. It is just a simple operation. We fill the cans, load the transport, and make sure people get what they ordered. Sometimes the traffic in these narrow lanes makes it hard to move fast, but we manage somehow. You see us out there with the crates and the bottles quite a bit. There is always a lot of noise and movement near the Khidki, but we like being right in the middle of it. It’s hard work, lifting heavy things all day, but it’s what we do. We don't spend time on big ads or anything. Most people just find us by walking past or hearing about us from a neighbor. That is how things work in this neighborhood. We keep the equipment running and just try to stay on top of the orders as they come in. If a delivery is running late, it is usually because of a wedding or a festival blocking the road. We just keep going until the last can is delivered.
