This is Charkhi Dadri Hr Farmer Producer Company Limited. We are located in Village Hariya. Anil Kumar, who is Harpal’s son, is the one who helps manage the place for us. We are a group of farmers from the Charkhi area. Farming is what we know, so we decided to pool our resources together. It makes it easier to buy seeds and sell our produce when we are a registered company. Our office is just a simple spot in the village. You won’t find any big signs or glass doors. It is just a regular room where we sit and discuss our plans. Most of the time, we are out in the fields of Hariya. Anil is usually around if anyone needs to talk about the company business. We are not doing this to get rich quick. We just want to make sure the farmers in our village get a fair shake. The weather is unpredictable and the markets are even worse, so having this group helps. We do not use any corporate language or have fancy missions.
