Bakal Infratech Private Limited is located over in Simoluguri. Our office is basically at Kapil Bakal’s place in Pohusungi Deodhai. It’s a quiet area, not like the big cities. We focus on infrastructure work around this region. Since we are based in a more rural spot, we know the local terrain and the challenges that come with building out here. It’s not a big fancy office with glass walls. It’s more of a home-based setup where we manage our equipment and crews. Simoluguri is a small place, so we end up working with a lot of people we’ve known for years. We do a lot of earthmoving and road-related tasks. Most of the time, the guys are out on the field and the office is just for the paperwork side of things. Kapil usually handles the main coordination from the house. It’s a simple way of running things, but it works for us. We don't have a website or big brochures. If someone needs work done, they usually just come by the house or give us a call. We take pride in just getting the job done without making a big deal out of it. It’s a local business through and through, and we plan on staying that way for a long time to come. It’s about building things that last for the people living in our own community.
