Green Chilli

Green Chilli is located right here in Bhikhanpur, just near Gumti No 3 and the RSSB Road. It's not a fancy place, just a kitchen where we try to get things right every day. We started small because we wanted to have a spot where people could get something decent to eat without any fuss. The area gets pretty busy, especially with the road being right there, so we stay on our toes. Sometimes the spices are a bit more than usual, and other days things are quieter, but that's just how it goes when you're running a local joint. We don't have a big team or anything, just a few of us who know the neighborhood and the regulars who stop by after work. The kitchen stays hot most of the afternoon, and we spend a lot of time cleaning up and getting ready for the next rush. It’s hard work, and we aren't always perfect, but we like being part of this corner of the town. People know where to find us if they’re walking past the Gumti. We mostly focus on keeping the food fresh and getting it out on time. There isn't much to say other than we're here every day, making sure the ingredients are sorted and the stove is going. It's a simple setup we’ve got, and we're used to the noise of the traffic nearby. We just keep our heads down and cook.
