Ritesh Battery Shop

Ritesh Battery Shop is located out in Barbigha Golaper Sheikhpura, right near the Chapin Mill. It’s a place where things are a bit dusty because of the mill nearby, but we’re used to it. We deal with all kinds of batteries, from the small ones for bikes to the heavy ones for trucks and tractors. The shop is usually full of black plastic casings and the smell of lead and acid. It’s not the cleanest job, but it’s what we do. People from all over the Barbigha area come to us when their vehicle won’t start or when their home backup system fails. We spend a lot of time testing old batteries to see if they can still hold a charge or if they’re just junk. Near Chapin Mill, there’s always some noise from the machinery, so we have to speak up a bit when talking to customers. We don’t have a big sign or any bright lights. Most people just know where we are because we’ve been here at this spot for years. It’s a simple routine: open up early, help whoever shows up, and close when the sun goes down. Sometimes we get a real stubborn battery that takes all day to fix, but that’s just how it goes. We just provide what the local people need to keep their machines running. It is hard work and our hands are always dirty, but it pays the bills and keeps the engines turning.
