We've been working out of Bidadi Plot No 21 for quite some time now. The whole place is basically dedicated to making different parts for cars and other vehicles. It gets pretty loud inside once all the machines start up in the morning, and there is always a lot of movement. Most of us here have been doing this for years, so we know the routine by heart. We spend our shifts looking at metal pieces, checking sizes, and making sure everything fits together like it's supposed to. It’s not the kind of job where you sit at a desk all day. We are usually on our feet, dealing with grease and heavy equipment. It can get a bit dusty and hot, especially during the summer months, but that's just part of the factory life. We don't spend much time on fancy talk or long meetings. Most of our day is just spent on the floor getting the work done. The area around here has changed a lot since we started, but we just keep doing what we do. People in the neighborhood know us as the place where the truck deliveries come and go all day long. It's straightforward work. We make the parts, pack them up, and they get sent out to wherever they need to go next. It keeps us busy enough, and there is always something to fix or look at.
