Sandhar Automotive Bommasandra

Our place is at Plot No. 8 on the Bommasandra Jigani Link Road. We are right in the heart of the KIADB Industrial Area. As you can imagine, it is a very busy place with lots of factories and warehouses all around us. Sandhar Automotive has been here for a good while. The environment is very much about manufacturing and hard work. Our building is a large, practical structure designed for utility rather than looks. We have a lot of space for our machines and the parts we handle. It can get quite hot in the afternoons, especially when all the equipment is running. We have a small office area tucked away from the main floor where we handle the administrative side of things. There is always the sound of machinery or trucks loading and unloading in the background. We don't have any fancy decorations or lounge areas. Most of the time we are just focused on the production line or checking the inventory. The road outside is often dusty and filled with heavy vehicles. We eat our lunch in a small break room and talk about the day's work. It is a straightforward, no-nonsense kind of place. We just focus on getting the automotive parts ready and making sure everything is moving according to the schedule we have for the week. We keep a stack of old newspapers in the break room for reading during lunch and there is usually a pot of tea brewing on the small stove.
