You have to go behind the AVS Concrete plant on NDA Road to find us. We are at 173/2 in Anekal Taluk, inside the Akshay Palac area. It’s a bit of a trek if you aren't used to this part of town. Paloma Turning is mostly just a workshop where we handle precision turning jobs. We have a few lathes and some other bits of machinery that keep us busy from morning until late afternoon. The floor is usually covered in metal shavings, no matter how much we sweep up at the end of the shift. It’s just part of the process. We are a small group of people working here. We don't have a receptionist or a fancy waiting room for visitors. If you come by, you’ll probably find one of us covered in oil or checking a blueprint under a desk lamp. The noise from the concrete plant next door is constant, but we don’t even hear it anymore after all these years. We just focus on the task at hand. Sometimes we have to redo a piece if the measurements are off by a hair, but we’d rather do it twice than send out something that isn't exactly right. We don't spend money on fancy ads or brochures. Most of our work comes from people who know where we are and what we can do. It’s a simple, honest way to run a shop. We just keep the machines running and the orders filled until the day is done.
