Megatechs Cold Forgings

Our workshop is located out in the Jigani Industrial Area. We deal with cold forging, which is basically shaping metal without heating it up first. It's noisy work and the machines take up most of the space on the floor. We are on the 2nd Cross, specifically at 13th H Main near HAL 2nd Stage 109. Most people who come here are looking for specific parts for their own projects or manufacturing needs. Megatechs Cold Forgings isn't a place with a fancy lobby or anything like that. You walk in and you see the presses and the raw materials stacked up. We’ve been at this location for some time now, and we know the area well. The layout of the shop is practical. We have the heavy machinery in the back and the finished pieces boxed up near the front for pick-up. Dealing with cold forgings means precision is key, even if the building looks a bit old. It gets dusty, and there is always the smell of machine oil in the air. We keep a small crew on the floor to run the machines and check the dimensions. It’s honest work, and we stay busy with the local orders coming through. Being in an industrial zone means we are surrounded by other workshops, so there’s always trucks coming and going. We just stay focused on our orders and try to keep the machines running smoothly throughout the week. It is a loud place but we like the work.
