Manoju

Manoju is located in Avathi Village, specifically in the Davanili Teluku area. It is a very different setting compared to the busy city parts. Out here in Avuthi, things move a bit slower. We are surrounded by more open space and fields. Our business is quite small and we mostly serve the local village and the nearby areas. We have been here for a long time. The shop is part of the local landscape now. We do not have a formal office with a secretary or anything like that. Usually, you just find us working in the back or out at a customer’s place. It is very quiet here most of the time, except for the birds and the occasional tractor going by. We do a lot of manual work ourselves. We are not a big company with hundreds of employees. It is just a few of us. We know our customers by name because they are our neighbors. Sometimes we have to wait for supplies to come in from the city, which can take a few days. We just deal with it. The roads out here are not always the best, especially when it rains and things get muddy. But we are used to it. We just keep the business running as best as we can. It is a simple way of working. We do not need much more than our tools and a bit of space to work. It is home for us.
