We are located in Nelamangala at the Jay Bhimnath Society. This is Denso International India Pvt Ltd. It’s a bit of a trek out here, but this is where we have our space. Most of the people working here are from the nearby areas. It’s an industrial kind of setting, so it isn’t very quiet. There is always the sound of machines or trucks moving things around. We deal with parts and systems that go into cars. It’s a lot of technical work, but at the end of the day, it’s just people sitting at desks or working on the floor. The office is pretty standard. We have the usual desks, some computers, and a place to have lunch. Nelamangala has grown a lot with all these companies moving in. We see a lot of traffic on the highway every day. It’s a serious place of work, but we still have our jokes and tea breaks. We don't spend money on making the building look like a palace. It’s built for work. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the generators to kick in. Dealing with international standards sounds big, but for us, it’s just about making sure the numbers match and the parts are packed right. It’s a long day for most of us, starting early to beat the commute. We just focus on getting the tasks done and making sure everything is where it needs to be. We stay until the shift ends and the gates are closed.
