Our facility is over at Plot Number 77 on the Jigani-Bommasandra Link Road. Being in the Jigani Industrial Area means there’s always trucks moving around and a lot of dust in the air. We work with materials that go into a lot of different things. It’s a large space, but it still feels like a regular workplace once you’re inside. We have various shifts running to keep things moving. The machines are heavy and they need a lot of looking after. The staff here mostly lives nearby or commutes from the city. We don't really go in for fancy slogans. We just focus on the production lines. Every day there is a list of what needs to be made, and we just go down that list. Sometimes the weather makes the warehouse a bit uncomfortable, but we are used to it by now. The link road is always busy, so getting things in and out takes a bit of planning. We’ve been part of this industrial zone for a while and have seen it grow quite a bit. There’s a lot of other factories around us. We just stick to our own business and try to get everything produced correctly. It’s a lot of manual work and checking things over and over. It gets tiring but we stay at it until the job is done. The trucks keep rolling in and we keep sending the shipments out to the people who need them.
