We've been at 7-C in the Kiadb Industrial Area for a long time. Being out here on Hosur Road in Attibele means we are right in the middle of all the factories and trucks. Most days it’s just about getting the work done on the shop floor. Bill Forge started out with just a few basic machines and a small team, and we’ve mostly just kept our heads down and worked since then. The traffic on the way to Attibele can be a real nightmare in the mornings, but once you’re inside the gates, it’s all about the metal and the heat. We deal with a lot of forging work here. It’s loud, it’s sweaty, and it’s not particularly glamorous, but it’s what we know how to do. People around this part of town know where we are. We don’t really do much in the way of fancy offices or big glowing signs. If you find yourself driving through the industrial area, you’ll see our spot near the bend. We have a lot of guys who have been with us for ten or fifteen years. They know the rhythm of the machines better than anyone. Sometimes things break down or the power goes out for an hour, which is just part of being in this area. We just fix the problem and keep moving. It’s not about being the biggest company, just about making sure things are done right. It is honest work.
