Bill Forge Pvt .Ltd is located out in the Attibele KIADB Industrial Area, specifically in Phase 2 of Jigani at plot No. 98-L. It is quite a drive from the main city, so we are surrounded by other factories and big warehouses. The air is different out here and there is always the sound of machines humming in the background. We have a lot of people working here on different shifts, so the place never really sleeps. It is a heavy industrial environment, so we wear our work gear and stay focused on the tasks at hand. It is not the kind of place where you sit around and drink tea all day. There is a lot of metal and heat and hard work involved in what we do here. We have been part of this industrial zone for a long time and have seen many other companies come and go. Our building is large and functional, built for work rather than looking pretty. We don't spend time on fancy brochures or corporate talk. We just focus on the machines and making sure the parts we make are solid. Most of the people working here live nearby in the surrounding villages or commute from the city. It is a tough job sometimes, but there is a good sense of being part of something real. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
