Arsom C N C Pvt Ltd. Our unit is out in Attibele at the KIADB Industrial Area. We are on the 5th Cross at plot number 21. It’s quite a way out for some people, but for industrial work, it’s a good spot to be for us. We have several CNC machines running most of the time throughout the day. The sound of metal being cut is something you just get used to after a week or two of working here. It’s definitely not a quiet office job. We wear our work clothes and usually get a bit dirty. The floor is covered in metal shavings even though we sweep up twice a day to keep it safe. Being in an industrial area means there are always big trucks moving in and out of the gates. It’s a bit of a long commute for me, but the work is steady and that's what matters. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a receptionist for visitors. Most of our clients are other businesses who just need their parts made to the right specs. We spend our time looking at technical drawings and setting up the machines properly. It’s detailed work but we talk about it in simple terms. If a machine breaks down, it’s a bad day for everyone involved. We just keep our heads down and get the production done. It’s a practical environment for practical people who need things made.
