Negri Bossi

Our setup is spread across a few blocks in Changodar, specifically 345, 348, and 349. It’s right off the Sarkhej Bavla Road, which is pretty much the heart of the industrial estate area around here. Negri Bossi has a fair amount of space here because we need it for the kind of work we do. It’s dusty and hot in the summers, as you’d expect for an industrial patch in Gujarat. The warehouse doors stay open most of the day to let some air in while the guys are moving stuff around. We don't have fancy signs or a big marketing team sitting here. Most of the time, it's just the sound of machinery and the occasional truck backing in. We keep our spare parts organized on heavy racks, though things can get a bit cluttered when we are busy. The office part is just a small section partitioned off from the main floor. We spend a lot of time checking orders and making sure the floor is running right. People around here know us by the location rather than any big advertisements. Lunch breaks are usually taken sitting around the shade outside when the weather allows. It’s a long commute for some of us coming from the city, but it's where the work is. We just focus on getting the tasks done and keeping the machines in good shape. It’s a simple, hardworking environment without any extra fluff. We just get the jobs finished as they come.
