Out here in Latehar, things move a bit slower than in the big cities. We are located in Rampur village, specifically in the Mahuadanr area. You will find us near Albisiya Nagesia’s place. It’s a rural spot in Jharkhand where most of the people we see are farmers or folks living in the nearby villages. Working with tractors means we are always thinking about the land and the seasons. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place to sit and talk about machinery and what needs to be done on the farms. We spend a lot of time outside or standing by the road talking to neighbors. It gets quite hot in the summer and the rains can make the roads a bit tricky, but that is just part of living in Latehar. We know most of the people who come by here. It is more about having a conversation than anything else. We have been part of this village life for a good while. Some days are busy when the planting season starts, and other days are quiet enough to just sit and watch the traffic go by. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It is just us out here in Rampur, trying to make sure the locals have what they need for their work. It feels good to be a familiar face in a place like this where everyone knows your name.
