If you are ever passing through the DVC Colony in Chandrapura, you might see us over at Durha Components Pvt. Ltd. We are right in Paschim Palli, not too far from the Shiv Mandir. It is a pretty recognizable spot for locals. Being here in the Bokaro district means we are surrounded by industrial stuff all the time, which fits what we do. The office is at H/T 11. It isn't a massive skyscraper or anything, just a practical place where we get the day’s work sorted out. Some of us have lived in Jharkhand our whole lives and we have seen the area change a lot over the years. We take care of our tasks, handle the components, and try to make sure everything stays on track. It gets pretty dusty around here sometimes, and the summer heat is no joke, but the team is used to it. We drink a lot of tea and talk about the schedules. It is not a fancy life, but it is honest work that needs to be done. We do not spend money on big advertisements because people mostly know who we are through word of mouth. When the temple bells ring nearby, it is a good reminder of the time. We just keep our heads down and work on whatever is on the desk for that day. It is a small group of us here, and we know each other's families and stories by now.
