We are located over at Plot No. A-16 in the MIDC area of Deoli. It’s part of the growth centre they built up here in the Wardha district. Being in an industrial zone like this means there are always trucks moving around and the sound of other factories working nearby. It’s a busy place with a lot of movement. At Vinsent Crop Science Chemicals, we spend our days dealing with various containers and checking on our supplies. The building is just a standard industrial shed, nothing too special to look at from the outside, but it works for what we need to do. We have to be quite careful with how things are stored, so a lot of our time goes into just organizing the shelves and making sure everything is where it belongs. The air in Deoli can be quite heavy and hot in the summer, and the sun really beats down on the metal roofs of these industrial plots. We have a small team here that works together. We mostly just stick to our schedules and get the mixing or packing done as it’s required. It’s very practical work. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby or expensive furniture. We just have our desks, some lab equipment, and the storage area in the back. People who come to visit usually know the route through the MIDC, otherwise, it’s easy to get lost.
