Our office is at Sanjay Gulabrao Dongare’s house, specifically H No 2103 in Neri, which is under the Chimur tehsil. It’s a typical rural setup where everyone knows where Sanjay lives, so finding us isn't hard for the locals. We took the name because of the respect people have for the saint in this region. The daily routine is quite simple. We open up, sweep the front, and wait for the villagers to come by. Most of our work happens on the porch or in the front room. We handle small deposits and help people who are trying to save for their kids or for a new tractor. There is no air conditioning here, just the natural breeze and maybe a small table fan if it gets too stuffy. We don’t use complicated jargon when we talk to people. We just explain things in the local language, making sure everyone understands what’s happening with their money. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just keep working by the light from the door. It’s a very grounded way to run a business. We see the same faces every week, and we know the struggles people face with their crops and the weather. We are just a part of the village life here in Neri, doing our bit to help people manage their finances without having to travel all the way to a big town. It keeps us busy and connected.
