This is the local office for Unity Infraprojects Ltd. Mumbai down in the Chandrapur district. We operate out of Nagbhid, at the home of A.S. Pathode. The pin code is 441205. It is a pretty quiet location compared to the main office in Mumbai, which suits us just fine. We handle the local coordination for various infrastructure works in this part of the state. It is not a big commercial building, just a functional space where we can sit down and go over the project plans. Most of our days are spent checking on labor schedules or making sure the materials are moving where they need to go. We have found that being based in Nagbhid allows us to be much more responsive to what is happening on the ground here in Chandrapur. We do not have any fancy signage or a marketing department. We just have our desks, some computers, and a lot of paper. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow, but we manage to stay connected with the head office. People in the village know where to find us if there is a question about the work we are doing nearby. It is a very hands-on type of environment. We like the fact that we can just walk out the door and see the progress on the local sites. It is honest work and we try to do it as best as we can without making a big fuss about things. We mostly just drink our tea and get to it.
