We are part of the Unity Infraprojects Ltd. team from Mumbai, but our specific local operation is based right here at Rahul A. Pathode’s place in Nagbhid. It is actually C/O A.S. Pathode in the Chandrapur district, pin 441205. Most people know us because we handle a lot of the infrastructure projects around the area. It is not a fancy glass building or anything like that. It is a practical workspace where we manage the local logistics and keep track of what is happening on the ground. Being out here in Nagbhid means we are close to the actual sites instead of just sitting in a big city office all day. The work involves a lot of coordination between the head office in Mumbai and what we are doing here in the district. Some days are just filled with paperwork and phone calls, while other days we are out checking on things. We have been at this address for a bit now, and it works for us. It is easy for the guys to find and it keeps our overhead low so we can just focus on the building part. We do not really do much advertising because the work usually speaks for itself once the roads or structures are up.
