Uniifood Outlet Llp is located at Shop No 3 in the Dwarka Complex on Jail Road. It is a busy area with people always walking past the door. The shop is not very big, but it is enough space for what we do. We spend most of our mornings getting everything ready and checking what needs to be stocked for the day. It involves a lot of moving boxes and organizing the shelves by hand. Jail Road can be quite loud with all the buses and cars, but we have gotten used to the noise over time. We are not trying to be a massive chain or anything like that. We just run this one outlet and focus on the food items we have. The complex is an older building, so things like the shutters can be a bit cranky in the morning. We keep a simple ledger for our accounts and try to stay on top of the daily bills. When the power goes out, which happens sometimes, we just open the door wide to let the light in. The other shop owners in the complex are good people. We often share a cup of tea in the afternoons when things quiet down a bit. It is a basic lifestyle, but it works for us. We just show up every day, do the work, and go home. There is no hidden secret to it, just keeping the shop running.
