Tushar Security Service

Tushar Security Service is based over at Siddharth Ragadhe, which is quite close to the Sanibar Pith Datta Temple. Having the temple nearby makes the area feel peaceful, though it gets quite crowded during festivals and on weekends. We run our security operations from here, managing the people we have working out at different sites. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s important work. We spend a lot of time on the phone or meeting with our staff to make sure everyone is where they are supposed to be. Security is mostly about showing up on time and paying attention, so that’s what we focus on. Our office is a simple place where we do our scheduling and handle the payroll stuff. We don't have any big corporate slogans or fancy uniforms for the office staff. We’re just regular people trying to provide a reliable service to the local area. A lot of our clients are neighbors or businesses nearby who know us personally. We prefer it that way because it builds a bit of trust. We deal with all sorts of small issues every day, from shift changes to checking on equipment. It keeps us busy from early morning until late, but we are used to the rhythm of the work by now. Even when things get stressful with a last-minute schedule change, we just figure it out and keep moving forward with the day's tasks. It's just a lot of coordination and making sure the sites stay safe.
