The Acc Ltd

Our place is over in the ACC Colony, specifically Quarter Number AB-11. It’s located in Cement Nagar, which is a part of the Chandrapur district in Maharashtra. Living and working in a colony like this means you basically know everyone. The post office is nearby, and the whole area is centered around the industry. It’s a bit of a trek from the main city, but this is where the action is. The air usually has that distinct smell of production, and there’s a lot of heavy machinery moving around the outskirts. Our office is more like a home that’s been turned into a workspace. It’s comfortable but definitely looks like a place where work gets done. We handle the local administration and keep track of what’s happening at the site. Life here moves at its own pace. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a glass building or modern art. We have old wooden desks and fans that hum all day long. Most of us have lived in Chandrapur for years, so we are used to the heat here, which can be pretty intense in the summer. We just focus on our logs and registers. It’s an honest way to make a living, being part of the community that actually makes the materials people use to build their homes. We aren't fancy folks, just people who understand the value of a hard day of work in the sun and doing it well enough.
