Sindewahi Urben Nidhi Limited is based out of the space we share with Shri Ashok N Agade. We are right here in Sindewahi, which is a place where everyone kind of knows everyone else. Our office isn't anything like the big corporate centers you see in the cities. It is a much more personal setup. We spend our days going through the daily deposits and making sure the records for the nidhi are kept straight. Since it is a local operation, we often end up talking about things happening in town while we work on the accounts. It’s a very relaxed atmosphere, even when we have a lot of entries to make in the books. We don't use any high-tech gadgets or complicated systems. It’s mostly just us, our ledgers, and the people who walk through the door. The furniture is functional and the space is kept clean, but that’s about it for the decor. We like being part of Sindewahi because it feels like we are actually helping the people we see at the market or on the street. It’s not about being the biggest or the best, it’s just about being there and doing the work correctly. Sometimes we stay a little late to finish the balance sheets, especially at the end of the month, but we don't mind the extra time. It’s just how we run things here at the office, keeping it practical and simple for everyone involved.
