Kahale Import & Export Company

Our company, Kahale Import & Export Company, is based right in the Kahale Complex. We’re located on Sarafa Line near Gandhi Chowk. It’s a busy part of the town, especially during the day when everyone is out shopping or running errands. The office is part of the complex that bears the same name, which makes it easy for people to find us. We aren't a huge operation. It’s mostly family and a few helpers. We spend our days tracking shipments and talking to vendors. The office has a very traditional feel. We have wooden desks and a lot of physical folders. We haven't gone fully digital yet because we like having the papers in our hands. It feels more real that way. Sometimes the fans are a bit noisy, but we don't mind. We talk to people from different places all the time. Our work is pretty straightforward, just moving goods in and out. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing person. Most people find us through word of mouth or by just walking past in Gandhi Chowk. We like being part of this local community. It’s a familiar place where everyone knows your name. We just do our business honestly and try to get things done without too much fuss. That’s how we’ve always operated and it seems to work for us.
