Working in Chandrapur is an experience, mostly because of the heat. Our office for Rawassa Const Co. is in Mukti Colony, which is part of the Industrial Ward. It’s a busy area because of all the industries around here. We’re located c/o Balram Saha's place. It’s a simple setup. We deal with construction stuff, so our office is usually full of maps, boots, and dusty files. Chandrapur is known for its coal and industries, and being in the Industrial Ward puts us right in the middle of it. The road outside can get quite dusty with all the trucks passing by, but that’s just life here. We start early to beat the sun, though it usually catches up by ten in the morning. Our team is small, and we’ve known each other for years. We don't go in for fancy titles or corporate talk. We just get the jobs done. Usually, you’ll find us arguing over a blueprint or checking on some equipment. It’s honest work and we like being part of the growth in Maharashtra. Mukti Colony is a decent place to be based. It’s not flashy, but it’s where the work is. We’ve been here long enough that the local shopkeepers know exactly how we like our tea. Even when things get stressful with deadlines, we try to keep a sense of humor about the dust and the temperature.
