Our team is located way out in Chandrapur, specifically at the Awarpur Cement Works. We have our setup in the E-6 ACW Colney. It’s a bit of an unusual spot since we are right there with the Ultratech Cement folks. Being in Taluka Korpana means we’re quite a distance from the main city life of Mumbai, even though that’s where our main branch is. Life out here revolves around the plant. Everything is covered in a bit of dust, and the sound of the machinery is something you just get used to. We handle the power needs and equipment for this specific area. It’s a lot of hands-on work. We spend our days checking on generators and making sure the electrical systems can handle the heavy load of the cement works. It’s not an easy environment. The heat in Chandrapur can be pretty brutal in the summer, and the work is physically demanding. We live in the colney, so we’re always on call if something goes wrong in the middle of the night. There isn't much to do for fun around here, so we mostly just focus on the job and hanging out with each other. It’s a simple, hardworking life. We don't have fancy offices or air-conditioned lobbies. We just have our tools, our maps, and the goal of making sure the power doesn't fail when the plant is running full tilt. It's a lot of pressure sometimes, but we've got a good crew here who knows their stuff. We've been out in this part of Chandrapur for a while.
