If you are looking for us, we are at 2/2 in the Girisagar Layout. This is in the Borda area of Warora, down in Chandrapur. Manaswi Mahila Urban Nidhi Limited is based right here in this neighborhood. The layout is usually pretty quiet, which is nice for getting the paperwork done. We have a small office space where we handle all the daily tasks. There are usually a few of us sitting around the main table, going through the accounts. It’s a space meant for women to come and handle their business without any fuss. We don’t have flashy decorations or expensive carpets. It’s just a functional place with sturdy chairs and plenty of pens. Sometimes the kids from the neighborhood are playing outside, and you can hear them through the door. We spend our time checking IDs, updating passbooks, and making sure the records are safe. Warora can get very hot, so we usually have a jug of cold water ready for anyone who comes in. We don't use big words or complicated explanations. People just come in, we do the work, and they go about their day. It’s a community-based setup, and we like it that way. No one is in a huge rush, but we try to be efficient with the stacks of papers we have to manage.
