We are right across from the Zila Parishad office on the Main Road. Being in Haveli Complex means we are in the middle of everything. It’s a busy spot. There are always people walking by and cars honking. Our shop is easy to find if you know where the government building is. We do graphics work, which mostly involves sitting at the computer and trying to get colors right. It can be frustrating when the printer acts up, which happens more often than we’d like. We’ve got a few chairs for people to sit on while they wait. They aren’t the most comfortable, but they do the job. The walls are covered in samples of things we’ve done over the years. Some are a bit faded now. We’ve been here for a long time, and we’ve seen the Main Road change a lot. Newer shops open up, but we stay the same. We don’t have a big marketing plan or anything like that. People just know we are here. We talk to our customers like they are neighbors, because many of them are. Sometimes we stay late to finish a job, especially if someone is in a hurry. It’s just the way it is. We take the work as it comes and try to be honest about how long it will take. The clock on the wall is five minutes fast, but we never bother to fix it. We just know it's wrong. It helps us stay on our toes I guess.
