Lakshmi Hospital

Lakshmi Hospital is located right in the middle of Chandrapur. It’s easy to spot if you’re walking down the main street. We have been here for a good amount of time, and the building has seen a lot of people come through its doors. It’s a plain place, nothing too special to look at from the outside, but it works for what we need. The waiting room has these old wooden chairs that have been there forever. They’re actually pretty comfortable once you sit down. Chandrapur gets quite hot, so we have fans going in every room. Sometimes the noise of the street gets inside, especially when the trucks go by, but you get used to it after a few days. We don't have a lot of fancy equipment or high-tech screens everywhere. It's mostly just paper records and people talking to each other. The staff usually brings their lunch from home and we eat together in the small back room. It’s a quiet life here most of the time, except for the busy mornings. We see families from all over the area. Sometimes the lights flicker when the weather is bad, but they always come back on. We just keep things moving along as best as we can. It's a decent place to work and the people in Chandrapur are generally friendly. We don't make a big fuss about things here. It's just a hospital for the local folks who need us.
