Ksk Energy Ventures Ltd. operates out of B-2 in the Midc Growth Centre. We are located in Waroera, which is in the Chandrapur district of Maharashtra, pin 442907. If you know the area, you know it gets incredibly hot during the summer months. Our office is right in the middle of the industrial zone, so there is always the sound of trucks and a bit of dust in the air. We’ve set up here because being in the growth centre makes sense for the kind of energy work we do. It’s a very functional space with steel cupboards for our documents and a few plastic chairs for when people visit. The water cooler is probably the most important thing in the room. We spend our days looking over site plans and talking to people on the phone. The commute from the main town can be a bit long and tiring on the bike. We don't have any big marketing slogans on the walls or anything like that. It’s just maps and calendars. The dust from the nearby factories sometimes gets inside, so we are always wiping down the desks. It's just part of the environment here. We have a small team where everyone knows everyone else’s business. We don’t do any promotional stuff. People who need to find us usually know the way to the MIDC block. It is a very straightforward way to run a business.
