Csr Dal Mill

Csr Dal Mill is located at Post-Chengaon. We are right in the middle of Chandrapur district. Being in a place like Chengaon means you are surrounded by fields and a lot of hard-working people. The mill is where we spend the bulk of our hours every day. Chandrapur can get incredibly hot, especially during the summer months, so the mill feels like a furnace sometimes. We just deal with it because the work has to be done. It’s a straightforward operation. We don’t have a big team or anything, just enough hands to keep the dal moving through the machines. People from the village know where we are because of the sound. It’s just the post office area of Chengaon, nothing fancy at all. We get the raw materials, and we process them as they come. The machines make a lot of noise, but after a while, you don't even hear it anymore. It’s just the background sound of our daily lives here. We don't have a website or a big marketing plan. Csr Dal Mill is just a local business doing its thing in the Taluka. The road to the mill can get a bit muddy when it rains, making it hard for the trucks to come in, but we manage somehow. We just focus on the bags of dal and getting the work finished before the sun goes down. It’s just how things go for us here in Chandrapur.
