Chakbothali Rashtrasant Vijay Farmers Producer Company Limited

We run the Chakbothali Rashtrasant Vijay Farmers Producer Company Limited from house number 84 in the village of Chakbothali. This is out in the Bramhapuri area of the Chandrapur district. It’s a small place, very different from the big cities. Most of us here are involved with the local farming community, so the office is more like a meeting spot for folks in the village. It’s a simple building, nothing more than what we need to get our paperwork done. We don't have fancy office furniture or air conditioning. Usually, the windows are just open to let the air in. We spend our days talking about crops, seeds, and what the farmers in our group need. It’s a lot of practical talk. Sometimes there’s a bit of dust because of the roads nearby, but that’s normal for our part of Maharashtra. We have a few ledgers and a computer that we share. People stop by at all hours, not just during business hours, because that’s how village life works. We’re just trying to manage things for the collective and make sure everyone gets their fair share of the work. There isn't any corporate structure here, just neighbors working together. It’s a bit unorganized at times, but we manage to get things sorted out. Most of our work happens outside the office anyway, in the fields or at the market. That is just how we do it here.
