Bhartia Pulveriser

This place is located over at C-23/24 in the MIDC Area. If you know the industrial zone, you know it gets pretty noisy with all the machines running. We spend most of our time here at Bhartia Pulveriser working with the equipment. It gets dusty, that’s just the nature of pulverizing things. You can’t really avoid it even if you clean every hour. We’ve got the heavy machines bolted down and they run through most of the daylight hours. It’s a lot of maintenance work to keep everything from rattling apart. Sometimes a belt breaks or a motor gets stuck, and then we have to spend half the afternoon fixing it with wrenches and grease. It’s not a glamorous job at all. We just show up, start the power, and get to it. The MIDC area is always busy with trucks coming and going, so there's a lot of traffic nearby. We just stay inside our unit and focus on the grinding. We’ve been at this spot for a good bit of time. It’s a practical setup for what we do. We don’t have a fancy office or anything like that. Just the workshop floor and a small desk for the paperwork. It’s mostly about making sure the output is the right size and the machines don't overheat in the afternoon sun. We keep a few spare parts on the shelf just in case something snaps during a big job. It is just the way we run things here day after day.
