HRM Bricks

HRM Bricks is located at Plot No 357 in the industrial estate over in Bhabhudih. If you’re coming down B.B. Das Road, we are near the Chandan Hotel. It’s a dusty place because of all the bricks and the trucks coming in and out, but it’s where we spend all our time. Manikoi is a busy area for this kind of thing. We have piles of bricks everywhere and the machines are usually running most of the day. It’s loud, and you definitely shouldn't wear your nice clothes if you come to visit. We started this brick business because there’s always something being built around here. We don't have a fancy office, just a small cabin where we keep the receipts and the phone. The crew works hard, usually starting before the sun is even fully up. We eat lunch sometimes at the Chandan Hotel nearby when we’re too tired to bring food from home. There’s no big corporate structure here. It’s just us, the soil, the heat, and the bricks. We don't spend money on marketing or polished brochures. People see the bricks when they arrive at the site, and that’s enough for us. It’s honest work, even if it’s backbreaking some days. Plot No 357 is our home away from home. We just keep making bricks and loading trucks as long as there is demand in the estate. We don't worry about being the biggest.
