Zoomin Aura Architectural Signs Pvt Ltd. Sector 15 can be a bit of a maze if you don't know it. We are on Lubbay Masjid Road, number 724. You can usually hear the workshop from the street. We make signs. Not just small ones, but the big ones that go on buildings. There is always the smell of cut metal or acrylic in the air. The team is a mix of people who have been here forever and some younger kids learning the trade. We have a few big machines that take up most of the floor space. It’s a bit cramped but we make it work. The masjid is close by, so we hear the calls to prayer throughout the day. It’s a nice rhythm to work to. We spend a lot of time on details because if a sign is crooked, everyone notices. People come to us when they need their shop to stand out. We don’t do much advertising ourselves. The work just piles up. Lunch is usually eaten together in the back room where we have a small microwave and some old chairs. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish a big order for a mall or a new office block. It's a busy life. We like the physical part of it, actually seeing something finished and ready to be bolted onto a wall. It's rewarding in a quiet way when the sun hits the finished metal just right.
