Yashinder S.Bahga Architect

We are located at Sco.137-38 on Madhya Marg in Sector 8-C. Yashinder S.Bahga Architect has been part of this commercial area for a good number of years. Madhya Marg is a busy road, so there is always something happening outside the windows. The office is a functional space where we handle different types of building projects. We are not a giant firm with hundreds of employees. It is a more personal setup. Most of our work involves sitting down with clients and trying to figure out what they actually need for their space. We deal with the usual headaches like building codes and municipal paperwork. It is a lot of back and forth with different departments. Architecture involves a lot of waiting for things to happen. You wait for the permits, you wait for the cement, and you wait for the weather to clear up. We spend our days looking at sketches and trying to make sure the measurements are right. It is a job that requires a lot of patience. Sometimes we are out at a site in the dust, and other times we are here in Sector 8-C drinking tea and looking at site photos. We have done various projects around the city. Every building has its own set of problems to solve. We just take them one at a time and try to get the walls straight. It is decent, steady work.
