We’ve been tucked away in the Ivory Tower over in Sector 70 for a good while now. Mohali has changed quite a bit since we started Xcel Telecom Pvt. Ltd, but our daily routine stays mostly the same. Usually, the mornings are a bit of a scramble getting things sorted for the day. We spend a lot of time looking at hardware and figuring out why things aren't connecting like they should. It’s not a fancy setup here at E-101, just a bunch of desks and plenty of cables everywhere you look. Most of the people around here know us as the folks who are always busy on their phones or hunched over a computer screen. If you’ve ever been to this part of Mohali, you know how it gets with the traffic and the noise, but inside the office, we just focus on the task at hand. It’s a small team, and we’ve all been working together long enough to know how each other takes their tea. We don’t really do big meetings or fancy presentations. We just get the work done and head home when the job is finished. Sometimes the internet acts up or a client calls late, but that’s just how the telecom world goes. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just trying to keep things running smoothly for everyone who relies on us in the area. It’s honest work, and it keeps us on our toes every single day.
