Wpil Ltd. is down on Ferry Und Road in Panihati. Our address is number 22. This place is right near the water, so you can sometimes feel a bit of a breeze, but mostly it’s just humid. We’ve got a large facility here because we deal with some heavy equipment and pumps. It’s an old industrial area, and our building looks the part. It’s got high ceilings and lots of concrete. We have a lot of workers coming in and out in shifts. There’s always the sound of metal clanking or engines running in the background. It’s not the kind of place where you’d wear a suit and tie. We’re usually in work clothes and boots. The office part is just a few rooms off to the side where we keep the records and handle the logistics. It gets pretty dusty with all the activity, so we’re always wiping down the desks. We’ve been part of the Panihati landscape for a long time, and many people in the area have worked here at some point. We don't do much in the way of advertising; we just do the work that comes in. It’s a lot of physical labor and technical stuff mixed together. We take our breaks together and talk about whatever is going on in town. It’s a solid, hard-working environment without any extra polish or pretense. The gate squeaks every time it opens, but we haven't gotten around to fixing it yet.
