We’re over at unit 105 in Industrial Area-1. It’s a basic setup, nothing too special to look at from the outside. We handle tools here, mostly for other businesses nearby. The warehouse is filled with crates and shelves full of various metal parts. It smells like oil and metal, which I guess is what you’d expect. We spend a lot of time sorting through inventory and making sure everything is where it should be. Sometimes things get a bit disorganized during a busy week, but we always catch up on Saturdays. The staff here is pretty small. We’ve all been working together for a few years now, so we don't need to say much to get the work done. The coffee machine in the corner is probably the most used thing in the office besides the phones. We get people coming in from the other units in the area looking for specific wrenches or drill bits. If we don't have it, we usually know who does. It’s a helpful community around here. The loading dock gets a bit slippery when it rains, so we have to be careful with the forklift. We don't do much advertising; most of our work comes from people just knowing we’re here in the industrial area. It’s a solid way to make a living, just dealing with tools and helping folks get their jobs done at Workwell Tools Pvt. Ltd.
