Western Fe-Alloys Ltd. is located in the Central Plaza building at 2/6 Sarat Bose Road. We are on the second floor in unit 207. Being on Sarat Bose Road means we are right in the middle of a very busy part of the city. Our work involves ferro-alloys, which isn't something most people think about every day. It’s a specialized field, and we’ve been at it for a long time. Our office isn’t particularly modern or flashy. It’s filled with old filing cabinets and desks that have seen better days, but it’s comfortable for us. We spend our time tracking market prices and talking to suppliers on the phone. It’s a lot of logistics and numbers. We don't have a marketing team to write fancy descriptions of what we do. We just buy and sell what’s needed in the industry. The building itself is an older one, and the lift sometimes has a mind of its own, so we often take the stairs instead. We know the other tenants in Central Plaza and usually chat for a minute in the hallways. It’s a tight-knit community in this building. We don't make big promises or use sales jargon. We just give people the information they need and get the job done. It’s steady work, and we appreciate the routine of it. Even when things get hectic with the markets, we just keep our heads down.
