Vsa Valley Homes Private Limited

We’ve been running Vsa Valley Homes Private Limited out of Sco 59 in Sector 32 C & D for some time now. It’s a busy spot and we spend most of our mornings just sorting through paperwork or heading out to meet people at different sites. The office isn't anything fancy, just some desks and chairs where we handle the day-to-day stuff. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and other days it’s quiet enough to actually get through the filing. We handle a lot of local housing queries here. Being in Sector 32 means we see a lot of people coming in just to ask what’s available in the area. We try to keep things straightforward. There’s a small team of us working here and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. It gets a bit crowded when everyone is in at once, but we manage. If you walk past Sco 59 you’ll likely see one of us through the window or coming back from a plot visit. We don't have a big corporate setup, just a local office doing what we do. Most of our work is just checking documents and making sure everything is in order for the folks who walk through our door. It’s a lot of manual work and regular office hours. We like it here in this part of the city. It feels like home to us too.
