You can find us at 99 Sector 70 in Mohali. Even though our name says Vizag Constructons Pvt Ltd, we’ve been working out of this part of Punjab for a while now. We handle building projects around the Sas Nagar area. It’s a lot of site visits and looking at drawings all day. Our office is a simple room with a couple of desks and a lot of paper. We started small and stayed that way because it's easier to manage the workers on the ground. Most of our time is spent at the construction sites rather than sitting behind a computer. We deal with bricks, cement, and laborers every single day. It’s hard work and the weather in Mohali gets really hot in the summer, which slows things down. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone to write fancy stuff for us. We just take on contracts and finish them. If a wall needs building or a house needs finishing, we get the materials and get to it. Sometimes the supplies are late and we have to shuffle things around. That's just how the building trade goes. We know the local suppliers well. It’s a straightforward business and we try to keep it that way without making things complicated for anyone involved. We have been in the construction line for years and it is what we know.
